Neutralizing antibodies (NAbs) block the interaction between SARS-CoV-2 spike protein RBD and host cell ACE2 receptor — a key indicator of protective immunity.

Why Neutralizing Antibodies?

Most neutralizing antibodies target the receptor binding domain (RBD) of the spike protein, which directly binds ACE2. Their presence indicates the ability to block viral entry into host cells.
