Shipping policy

We send every order from our own warehouse at L. B. Nagar, Hyderabad.

Inside Hyderabad city

Our own delivery rider brings your order to you. There is no delivery charge. Orders placed on a working day usually reach you the same day or the next working day.

Telangana and Andhra Pradesh

Sent by courier. Delivery charge Rs 250 per order. Usually 2 to 3 working days.

Rest of India

Sent by courier. Delivery charge Rs 500 per order. Usually 3 to 6 working days.

Orders above Rs 10,000

No delivery charge anywhere in India.

Working days are Monday to Saturday. We do not send on Sundays or public holidays.

Cold items

Some reagents must stay between 2 and 8 degrees Celsius. Inside Hyderabad our own rider carries these in a cold box. Outside Hyderabad we will call you before we send, so we can agree how it will travel. If we cannot send an item safely, we will tell you and return your money.

Please check the box when it arrives

Open it in front of the delivery person. If anything is broken, missing or wrong, call 74162 16262 or write to info@agileortho.in the same day and we will put it right.

The delivery times above are our honest estimate, not a promise. Once a courier has your parcel, the courier controls the timing.
