MERISERA® Anti-A1 Lectin is a Dolichos biflorus lectin extract used for the differentiation of A₁ and A₂ subgroups of blood group A. It agglutinates A₁ and A₁B red cells but does not react with A₂ and A₂B cells — enabling precise subgroup identification critical for resolving ABO discrepancies and ensuring transfusion safety.
