High-level instrument disinfectant — for scopes and heat-sensitive instruments that cannot be autoclaved.
- MyScan 2% and 2.45% glutaraldehyde — supplied with activator; note the activated shelf life and date the tray when you activate it
- MyScan OPA — ortho-phthalaldehyde, faster contact time and no activation step, which is why endoscopy units move to it
This is not the same as a surface spray, and a surface spray is not a substitute. For surfaces and trolleys see the Inviro and Mirey range.
