Which size
The diameter is the flat cut size, not head size. 480 mm suits most staff; go to 500 or 520 mm where hair has to be fully contained. If you are ordering for a whole hospital, a mix is usually right — a cap that will not sit is a cap that gets pushed back off the hairline, which defeats the point of wearing it.
